Ira Chartarum

In a recent playsession it was suggested to change the starting perspective of the game. The starting screen shows not enough of the board.

In addition the movement of the camera is way too slow without using Shift. When using Shift it is a little bit too fast.

Camera speed has been averaged between default and shift speed. The shift functionality has been removed.
